John Paul Bembenek

John Paul Bembenek age 88 of New Bavaria, Ohio and formerly of Toledo passed away Friday January 15, 2021. John was born on August 29, 1932 in Toledo, Ohio to John C. and Lucyna (Piotrowski) Bembenek. John was a U. S. Army Korean War Veteran. He was a former member of the Catholic War Veterans and the V.F.W. He retired from GM Powertrain in 1996 after 34.5 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Dorothy (2010). John is survived by his children John (Karen) Bembenek III, Denis (Julie) Bembenek and Dianne (Larry) Ulrich, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Private graveside services will be held in New Bavaria, Ohio at a later date. The Urbanski Funeral Home 5055 Secor Rd Toledo, Ohio has assisted the family with the funeral services.
