Jason Daniel Sickelbaugh

Jason Daniel Sickelbaugh, age 52, was born January 15, 1974, in Toledo, Ohio, and died unexpectedly July 6, 2026, at home. Jason, a graduate of Start High School, was employed as a finance manager by TC Powersports in Michigan Center, Michigan. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Notre Dame fan. Jason also loved boating and drag racing. He will be remembered as a loving father and a devoted friend.

Surviving are his life partner Ali West, his children Hannah Sickelbaugh, Kendall Sickelbaugh, Anya West, and Mason West, his father Daniel (Danna) Sickelbaugh, siblings, James (Asia) Sickelbaugh, Kristy Westfall, Justin Shaffer, and Dillon (Samantha) Caverly. Preceding him in death was his stepmother, Lorie Sickelbaugh.

Jason's Life Celebration will be Monday July 13, 2026, from 2 pm until 8 pm in Urbanski Funeral Home, a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 14, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with entombment following in Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, Ohio.
