Wladyslawa Chojnacki age 89 of Lambertville, MI passed away July 15, 2026, at home. Wladyslawa was born August 19, 1936, in Kurzyna, Poland to Adam and Marianna (Nalepa) Bozek. Lottie as she was known was raised on a farm in Poland and married Kazimierz Chojnacki in 1960. They immigrated to the United States in 1966 and lived in the Polish Village for many years. She worked as a seamstress and was a parishioner of St. Hedwig Church until it closed and is currently a member of Saints Adalbert and Hedwig Parish. Lottie was a loving wife of Kazimierz for over 59 years until he passed in 2019.
Surviving is her beloved son Jerzy Chojnacki and many nieces, nephews and cousins in Poland, and friends of the Polish community. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Kazimierz, brothers Jozef Bozek, Tadeusz Bozek and sister Bronislawa Oleksak.
Lottie's family will be receiving friends Tuesday July 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. in Saint Adalbert Catholic Church 3233 Lagrange St. Toledo, Ohio 43608, where the Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. in the church. Interment will follow in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Toledo, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made for Masses at Saints Adalbert and Hedwig Parish. Urbanski Funeral Home, a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio is assisting the family.
