Gloria Jean "Jeanie" Regulski

Gloria Jean “Jeanie” Olzak Regulski age 86 of Toledo passed away Tuesday September 8, 2026, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Gloria was born on March 19, 1940, to Stanley Olzak and Martha (Wieczorek) Polek. She was employed with Riverside Hospital in Patient Financial Services, retiring in 1997.

Gloria was an avid reader and kept a list of every book she read. She was a fan of the Cleveland Guardians and loved the beach and going to the casino. She enjoyed attending her granddaughters’ sporting events and taking them to Netty’s for ice cream as often as possible.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald “Jerry” Regulski who she married September 30, 1961, and her parents Stanley and Martha.

Gloria is survived by her children Gary (Linnea) Regulski and Gail (Joseph) Simpson. She is also survived by her grandchildren Alexandra and Sydney Simpson along with extended family and many dear friends.

The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church 4100 Harvest Ln, Toledo, OH 43623, where the funeral mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio for the excellent care Gloria received in her final days.
