Richard “Dick” C. Chesko Sr.

Richard “Dick” C. Chesko Sr., 94 of Toledo, passed away Tuesday morning July 6, 2021. He was born July 28, 1926 in Toledo, Ohio. He married Ardath “Honey” Snyder on April 23,1949. Dick graduated from Woodward H.S. in 1944 and served in the US Navy during WWII. He worked and then became owner of Chesko Door & Supply Co. He was a member of VFW Post 5530, FOPA, Glass City Coin Club, St Vincent’s 55 Club, usher and member of Collingwood and Aldersgate UM Churches. He resided with his Son in Camarillo California this last year.

Surviving are his two children Richard Jr. (Rebecca) and Carlene (Jay) Knerr, five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and sister.
