Stephen Randy Hornick

Stephen Randy Hornick 76 of Sylvania OH, died on June 14, 2025, with his daughters by his side.

Stephen, a proud Army veteran, loving husband and doting father, was well known for his gift of gab. As a transplant from New York, he was happy to tell anyone about the differences and what they needed to see or eat should they visit. He was proud of his daughter’s accomplishments and liked to brag about them any opportunity he got.

He is preceded in death by his parents Bridie and Stephen Hornick as well as, his wife of 52 years Carmela Iozzia Hornick. He is survived by his daughters Kristie and Laurel Hornick. His daughters would like to thank Dr. Hariri and his colleagues at Promedica’s Heart Failure Clinic for the care they provided to help us spend more time together.
