Stefan Mitchell Schmidt

Stefan Mitchell Schmidt, age 35, of Lambertville, Michigan, passed away on May 13, 2026. Stefan was born on August 12, 1990, in Toledo, Ohio, to Carla (Chandler) Schmidt and Timothy Schmidt. He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Schmidt, who passed away in 2020.

Stefan is survived by his mother, Carla Schmidt; his siblings, Madeline (Marco) Sauceda, William Schmidt, and Maxwell Schmidt; and his niece and nephew. He also leaves behind many extended family members, friends, and loved ones who will deeply miss him.

Stefan had a deep love for music, nature, and animals. He enjoyed hiking, biking, hockey, and anything involving technology, where his intelligence and tech-savvy skills always stood out. More than anything, Stefan was known for his loving heart, helpful nature, and the genuine care he showed to the people he loved. He always wanted the very best for his family and friends and will be remembered for his kindness, loyalty, and compassionate spirit.

Though his time here was far too short, Stefan's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

In accordance with his family's wishes, no funeral services will be held. Stefan was cremated and entrusted to the care of Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio.
