Sharon Lynn Johnson

Sharon Lynn Johnson, age 86, of Perrysburg, Ohio formerly of Toledo and Mesa, AZ died June 28, 2025, at Otterbein Skilled Nursing of Perrysburg. Sharon was born November 14, 1938, in Toledo to Clifford and Bernice (Schoriling) Alderson. A mother of three, she was known for making wedding cakes and her beautiful flower garden. Sharon enjoyed making ceramics and had her own kiln for many years. The family often made Black Panthers in honor of Whitmer High Schools symbol. It was a source of enjoyment for the whole family. She loved playing Bunco and was a member of the Red Hat Society.

Surviving are her children, Wendy Johnson of Portland, OR, Ricky (Peggy) Johnson of Temperance, MI and Julie (Kevin) Overy of Perrysburg, OH. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Larry Johnson.

Graveside services will be July 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Toledo Memorial Park. Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio is assisting the family.
