Sandra Dake, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the White Oak Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Divine. She had been living in a group home in Toledo for many years.
Sandra was interred at Fort Meigs Union Cemetery on May 14, 2025. Final arrangements were handled by Urbanski Funeral Home, a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Road, Toledo, Ohio.
