Today on what should have been a celebration of his life, we instead honor and remember my beloved brother, Roger Krafft, who passed away peacefully in his bed on his 78th birthday. His passing was unexpected, and our hearts are heavy with loss.Roger was the eldest of five siblings—a role he carried with quiet strength, wisdom, and deep love for each of us. He was more than a brother; he was a protector, a steady presence, and someone we could always count on.

He truly had a heart of gold. His kindness, reliability, and generosity touched everyone who knew him. Roger’s work ethic was something to admire—he never missed a day and was never late. In recognition of his incredible dedication, his employer gifted him a car upon his retirement, a rare and meaningful tribute to the man he was.We take comfort in knowing he is now at peace, resting in the loving arms of our Lord.
