Michael P. Grames

Michael Patrick Grames age 76 of Toledo passed away Saturday January 4, 2025 at his residence. Michael was born in Toledo on August 11, 1948 to Elvin and Lela (McComeskey) Grames. Mike married Barbara E. (Gies) Grames on July 13, 1968 and she preceded him in death in 2012. Mike was a carpenter by trade early on, but injury took him out of that. He then worked for several different Salvage yards retiring in 2011 as a truck driver from Westwood Auto Parts. He was very dedicated to his wife, and enjoyed being with his family. Mike had also enjoyed woodworking, fishing, deer hunting and camping. He was also preceded in death by his siblings Marie, Robert, Geraldine and Elvin Jr. Mike is survived by his sister, Jessie Geis, children Michael (Angela) Jr, Jason (Misti) and Carrie, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends for a life celebration in the Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd Toledo, on Wednesday January 22, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00
