Kathy Slandzicki

Kathy Ann Slandzicki age 70 of the Polish Village died suddenly June 11, 2025. Kathy was born July 24, 1954, in Toledo, Ohio to William and Regina, (Gawronski) Slandzicki. She was a graduate of St. Adalbert Grade School and Woodward High School. Kathy worked for over 30 years at Chrysler Perrysburg Machine until retiring in 2023. She enjoyed the time she spent at Golden Corral with her Regina Coeli Church Group. Kathy would rarely miss a Polka Festival and loved going to Hollywood Casino to enjoy the tribute bands.

An only child, Kathy is survived by her many cousins. Preceding her in death were her parents.

Her visitation will be Tuesday July 1, 2025, from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio, where Funeral Services will be at 6:30 p.m. with Fr. James Morman officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 2nd at 11 a.m. in Calvary Catholic Cemetery Toledo, Ohio. Memorial Contributions may be made to Regina Coeli Catholic Church, Toledo, Ohio.
