Jean D Mohler

Jean D. Mohler age 81 of Sylvania, Ohio passed away October 25, 2025, in the Franciscan Care Center, Sylvania, Ohio. Jean was born September 26, 1944, in Toledo, Ohio to Frank and Helen (Dziobak) Zychowicz. A 1962 graduate of Woodward High School, she graduated from Mary Manse Collage. She married the love of her life, Larry Mohler who preceded her in death in 1991. Jean was a gifted artist who brought beauty to the world through her art.

Surviving are her siblings, Frank (Mary) Zychowicz, Darlene Poczekaj and Rollin (Jody) Zychowicz and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Larry and sister Virginia Lofendo.

Graveside services will be held Friday August 7, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in Toledo's Calvary Cemetery. Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio assisted the family.
