James Leonard Brierly

James Leonard Brierly age 77 of Jackson, passed away Sunday January 31, 2021 at Blue Creek Health Care in Whitehouse, Ohio. He was Born May 16, 1943 in Hillsdale, MI to Clelah Rader Brierly and Leonard J. Brierly. After his mother's death, his grandmother Fern Radar Williams raised him. James was a graduate of Camden Frontier High School and served from 1966-1970 in the U.S. Army. He was formerly employed with Good Year, for many years and will be remembered for his since of generosity. He is survived by his half-sister Janice (Michael) Brierly Prater, Step-sister Judy (Marlyn) Moon, niece Debbie (Scott) Miller and other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Barbara.
Graveside memorial veteran's services will be held on Saturday May 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Evergreen Cemetery Ransom, Twp., MI. The Urbanski Funeral Home 5055 Secor Rd Toledo, Ohio has been assisting the family with arrangements.
