Faye Johnson, age 79, of Toledo, died Monday, January 23, 2023, at home. She was born June 6, 1943, to Wilk and Icie Lee Asher in Westfield Township, Ohio and grew up in Pineville KY. Faye loved flowers, cooking and spending time with her beloved family. Her famous southern cooking will be missed by all.
Faye is survived by her daughter, Sheila Johnson, sons, Harold Johnson and Rodney Johnson, sister, Joyce (Richard) Mansberger, and brother, Larry Garland along with eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visiting and services will begin Monday January 30 at 11:15 a.m. in Urbanski Funeral Home, A Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Road, Toledo. Interment will follow in Forest Cemetery.
