Debora MacDonell

Debora Ann MacDonell, age 68, born in Toledo, Ohio on October 18, 1958, passed away on October 18, 2026, where she was surrounded by her loved ones.

She is survived by her loving sister, Lois McDonnell, goddaughter and niece Nicole Raczkowski, her husband Charles Rackowski, and her special great niece Alyssa Rackowski.

Debora was preceded in death by her Husband Warren Rahm, father, Alan MacDonell and mother, Margaret MacDonell both born in Port Hood Nova Scotia, Canada.

Debbie was a retired chief deputy of the 4th district Federal courts of Toledo, Ohio. Debbie was considerate and extremely kind! She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and coworkers.

A private Celebration of life dinner will be held later.

The family would like to thank the caring staff members and friends she made that helped care for her at Flower hospital and at Kingston in Sylvania. She was truly grateful and appreciated all of you!
