Tina (Christine Wagner) Marie Anello, age 60, of Graytown, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on May 7, 2026. Born on July 2, 1965, in Toledo, Ohio, to Carl “Ed” and Katie (Timiney) Wagner. Tina grew up on Dexter Street in the Lagrange neighborhood where she built lifelong friendships and memories she treasured deeply. She attended St. Hedwig Catholic School and graduated from Central Catholic High School, Class of 1983. Her childhood friends, Sheila, Wendy and Cheri, remained close to her heart throughout her life.
Above all else, Tina’s greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother to five children and a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren, with one more precious grandchild on the way. Nothing made her happier than sitting in the stands cheering at games, school events, and activities for the people she loved most. Her voice could always be heard above the crowd, full of pride and encouragement.
Tina had a personality that made people feel welcome and loved. Whether she was cooking a big meal, baking something sweet, sharing stories over a Diet Coke, or gathering everyone together for a game of euchre, she created moments people will never forget. She loved hosting euchre tournaments at PRCUA, VFW 2898, and Club 16 and was always involved in bringing people together for laughter and fun. Tina also enjoyed online games, where she was a software engineer and made many friendships and connections over the years.
She had a deep love for Detroit sports and was a dedicated fan of the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Tigers. Some of her happiest memories were attending hockey and baseball games with family and friends.
Tina is survived by her loving children: Angela (Justin) Siminiak, Tricia (Mike) Lepkowski, Heather Bell, and Matthew (Holly) Anello. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Avery and Landon Siminiak; Olivia, Beckham, and Easton Lepkowski; Taegan Bell-Heisler; and Boone and Sterling Anello. She is also survived by her brothers Don (Brandie) Wagner and Chris (Gretchen) Wagner; her sister Barb Gerken; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family members who loved her dearly.
Tina shared a special bond with her life partner and best friend, Peter Johnson, whose companionship brought her comfort, happiness, and unwavering support as well as her 2 grand-dogs Katie and Dixon.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Zachary Jay Bell; her parents, Carl “Ed” and Katie Wagner, along with her sister Angela Wagner and brothers Daniel James Wagner and Steven Jerome Wagner.
Tina will be remembered for her huge heart, her fierce love for her family, her sense of humor, and the way she made everyone around her feel like family. Her love, laughter, and spirit will continue to live on in all who knew her.
