He was a 1972 graduate of Bedford High School and worked as a mechanic for 50 years for Vin Devers and Lucas County Vehicle Maintenance.
Surviving are his fiancée Kathleen Gochenour, sister Joyce (Jerry) Steffes, brothers, Duane (Paula) Cordray, Philip Cordray, Brian (Beverly) Cordray and Roger (Amy) Cordray. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents, brother Alan Cordray and sister in law Pam Cordray.
