Amy Jo Miller, age 53, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away at home May 7, 2026. Amy Jo was born July 31, 1972, in Toledo to Robert and Marilyn Miller. Although Amy was born with cerebral palsy, she will be remembered most for her infectious smile, which she shared with everyone. She loved animals and they loved her. Amy would develop a strong bond with anyone she spent time with and her friends will remember her for her love of food, especially her nightly chocolate malt.

Surviving are her loving family, her father, Robert Miller, and brothers, Christopher (Kristie Peek) Miller, Kevin (Denise) Miller. Also surviving are three nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her grandparents and her mother.

Amy's Life Celebration will be Thursday May 14, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio. The family will receive friends Friday May 15, 2026, from 10 am until the funeral begins at 10:30 am in St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church 4555 N Haven Ave. Toledo, Ohio 43612 with Fr. Frank Speier officiating.

The family wants to give special thanks to the St. Anne ICU unit especially Dr. Zeitouni and all the care givers of the Anne Grady Everwood Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Anne Grady Services in memory of Amy Miller.
