William "Bill" Demecs
May/18/1948 - December/20/2023

William A. Demecs AKA “Gypsy” passed away unexpectedly due to COVID. Bill worked for Van Dyne Crotty in his younger years. He was a bowler with The Machine Bowlers Association and a longtime member of the Wheelers Motorcycle Club.
Bill loved motorcycles, bowling, camping, fishing, boating and selling items at various flea markets and car shows.
Bill’s favorite teams were The New York Yankees and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He was loved and adored by many who crossed his path and was known for his sense of humor. Let’s say he made life very interesting for all.
Bill was preceded in death by his father William Demecs, his mother Joan Demecs, his younger siblings and his son Matthew Davis.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 26 wonderful years, Regina “Gina” Demecs, son Donald, daughter Becky, stepchildren, Andrew and Stephanie, daughter in law Dawn, grandchildren, Nicki, Bryan, Cameron, Noah, Mackenzie and Sharon, great granddaughter Taciey, special nephews, Jesse Torres, Jesse Demecs, Keith, Lionel, Jayden and Jayveon, special nieces, Lareas, Amia, Rashia, Lanell, Laniya, Bella, and Lae-Lae, plus many other nieces, nephews and cousins. Also surviving are a close sister-in-law Norma and brother-in-law Richard along with his furbabies Macy and Misti.

Memorial Services
Bill’s Life Celebration will be held at a later date. Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio is assisting the family.
