Aurora Torres

Aurora Torres age 85 of Toledo passed away October 20, 2023, in St. Charles Hospital. Aurora was born April 25, 1938, in San Antonio, TX to Jesse and Maria (Duby) Flores. Aurora enjoyed playing bingo and poker but most of all she loved spending time with her large and extended family at parties, cookouts, and holiday gatherings.
Surviving are her children, Carolina Jimenez, Rose Mary Aguilar, Johnny Perez, and Jesse (Chasity) Perez, Monica Perez, raised like children, Robert (Nieves) Perez, Sylvia “Nana” Perez, Timothy Johnson and Santos Johnson and her sister Lucy Stoner. Also surviving are 21 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 41 great great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, Pablo Torres, son, Richard Perez, daughter Sylvia Perez, son in law Daniel Agular, grandson, Julian Porras and her best friend Eva Zigler.

Memorial Services
Aurora’s Life Celebration will be Wednesday November 1, 2023, from 2pm until 8pm at Urbanski Funeral Home a Life Celebration Home 5055 Secor Rd. Toledo. Funeral services will be Thursday November 2, at 11am in Saint Peter and Paul’s Catholic Church 708 South St. Clair St. Toledo Ohio 43609.
